The meeting will consist. <br />of three Sessions: <br />a) Open House where community membetll will be <br />able to review the two alternative concepts; <br /> <br />b) Formal Presentation where the consultant team <br />will ptesent the two plans and describe associated <br />characceristi<;s, costs and benefits, and <br />development implications; and <br />c) Open Microphone where community members <br />are able to ask questions and provide comments <br />On the two alternatives. <br />A technical report will be ptepared to document <br />findings from the Community Meeting. The report <br />will be dlsmbuted to the Steering Committee. <br />Task 11: Facilito.te Fourth Steering (' .nmmittee <br />Meeting <br />The third Steering Committee meeting will be held to <br />allow the Committee to review I discuss findings frOIIl <br />the Community Meeting and select a prefetted <br />downtown plan from the two alternatives. <br /> <br />The consultant team will develop an evaluation and <br />=k:ing meth9dology to assist the Sreering <br />Committee in the selection pcoeess. Bvaluation <br />criteria will be developed to ~ infonm.tion <br />learned in Phase 1 that specifically addresses <br />identified issues, community vision and goals, and <br />input l'tOvlded by StakehOlders. <br /> <br />As mentioned the costs and benefits of ea.ch <br />altemative will be calculated, as will development <br />implications.
