<br />Barry Warner, FASLA, AICP, <br />Senior Vice President <br /> <br />Barry, a Fellow in ASLA, is a widely <br />respected urban planner and landscape <br />architect with 27 years of diverse <br />project experience. He is known for <br />innovative design, inclusive public <br />process facilitation, aud responsive <br />communication with agencies and citizens as well as <br />for managing complex urban planning and design <br />projects to productive outcomes. Barry's knowledge <br />of urban design, master planning, landscape <br />architecture, smart growth, transportation, and land <br />use will be key to developing a redevelopment plan <br />for Downtown Centerville. Barry will serve as our <br />principal-in -charge. <br /> <br /> <br />Monique MacKenzie, AICP, Senior Planner <br /> <br />Monique has extensive experience in <br />community development, land use and <br />zoning, and neighborhood and <br />infrastructure planning. Her training is <br />rooted in physical planning, and she is <br />recognized for her skills in public <br />involvement, economic development, and the <br />interface of land use with transportation. In <br />addition, she has served as a planner-facilitator for <br />many community-based planning initiatives. <br />Monique has recently worked on the St. Michael <br />Downtown Plan, Crystal Heights Preliminary <br />Redevelopment Plan, Elmwood Land Use and <br />Transportation Study, and 38th Street Station Area <br />Master Plan. <br /> <br /> <br />Prior to joining SRF, she served as a City Planner <br />for Minneapolis where she was the project leader <br />for the land use planning strategy in the Hiawatha <br />LRT Corridor and the principal author of the City's <br />comprehensive plan. She has a Master of Urban <br />Planning degree from McGill University in <br />Montreal. Monique will contribute to land use <br />planning, redevelopment strategies, and group <br />facilitation. <br /> <br />~ <br />--~ <br /> <br />Joni Giese, AS LA, Associate <br /> <br />Over the past 10 years, Joni's work has <br />emphasized site analysis, streetscape <br />design, trail and park design, and <br />traffic calming. She is skilled in <br />providing design solutions that are <br />sensitive to adjacent land uses, roadway <br />classifications, and pedestrian needs. Some ofJoni's <br />recent projects include the Eden Prairie Major <br />Center Area Land Use and Transportation Study, <br />the Heritage Park Redevelopment Master Planning <br />in Minneapolis, and the 38th Street Station Area <br />Master Plan in Minneapolis. In addition, she has <br />Master's degrees in Science and Landscape <br />Architecture from the University of Minnesota. Joni <br />will contribute to redevelopment strategies, group <br />facilitation, and streetscape enhancement planning <br />for the Centerville project. <br /> <br /> <br />Mike Jischke, AS LA, Senior Landscape Architect <br /> <br />Mike has seven years of experience in landscape <br />architecture and architecture. His work at SRF <br />focuses on urban revitalization and site planning. <br />He is skilled at integrating multiple design <br />informants into a cohesive plan, including analysis <br />of existing conditions, pedestrian and vehicle <br />movement, and natural systems. Some recent <br />projects Mike has been involved in include the <br />Crystal Heights Redevelopment Plan and the 38th <br />Street Light Rail Transit Station Area Plan. Mike <br />has a Master's degree in Landscape Architecture <br />from the University of Minnesota. For the <br />Centerville project, Mike will assist with preparing <br />altcrnativcs. <br /> <br />Marie Cote, PE, Principal <br /> <br />Marie has 15 years of experience with <br />traffic engineering projects, with a <br />strong emphasis on management and <br />analysis. She has outstanding technical <br />abilities and frequently manages highly <br />complex projects, including traffic <br />impact, freeway operations, safety, school crossing, <br />corridor and areawide transportation studies. Marie <br />leads SRF's Traffic Engineering group and has a <br />BSCE from Loyola Marymount University.
