For this <br />project, Marie will provide expertise on traffic and <br />development feasibility. <br /> <br />Matt Hansen, PE, LS, Principal <br /> <br />Matt has 16 years of experience in <br />designing municipal street and utility <br />improvements. He is experienced in <br />preparing feasibility studies, <br />construction plans and specifications, <br />cost estimates, permit applications, right <br />of way and easement descriptions, and contract <br />documents. Matt frequendy manages complex <br />municipal improvement projects through multiple <br />agency reviews and approvals. Matt has a Bachelor <br />of Science in Engineer degree from Iowa State <br />University. He will provide input on roadway design <br />questions that may arise during the planning <br />process. <br /> <br /> <br />Jacqueline Corkle, AICP, Associate <br /> <br />Jackie is a transportation planner with <br />seven years of experience in <br />transportation, strategic, policy and <br />land use planning. As a city planner, <br />she authored ordinances, enforced <br />zoning and city codes, prepared grant <br />applications, and authored sections of <br />comprehensive plans. Her comprehensive planning <br />experience includes transportation systems, parks, <br />trails and open spaces. Jackie's experience in <br />transportation, strategic and policy planning <br />encompasses statewide, regional, and corridor level <br />projects and includes many freight, corridor, access <br />management, and county transportation studies. <br />Jackie is known for her ability to incorporate agency <br />and public involvement into planning documents. <br />Jackie has a Master of Planning degree from the <br />University of Minnesota. Jackie will assist us in <br />assessing transportation policy and facilitating the <br />workshop. <br /> <br /> <br />rmD <br />-- <br /> <br />Andy Mielke, AICP, Senior Transportation Planner <br /> <br />Andy has more than five years of <br />experience working on a variety of <br />transportation planning projects. His <br />skills include technical analysis, <br />geographic information systems <br />analysis, and quantitative and <br />qualitative research. In addition, he excels at public <br />involvement and will assist in our efforts for the <br />Centerville project, participating in group <br />participation. Some of his recent project experience <br />includes Fargo-Moorhead Transportation Plan <br />Update, Eau Claire Smart Growth Plan, and River <br />Falls Transportation Plan. Andy graduated from the <br />University of Minnesota with a Master's degree in <br />urban and regional planning. <br /> <br /> <br />Mary Bujold, CRE, President, <br />Maxfield Research <br />Mary will provide information on the Centerville <br />real estate market and trends as well as a projected <br />range of anticipated development. She is a market <br />expert in residential real estate and market analysis. <br />She is responsible for overseeing and directing all <br />research projects for the firm. In addition, she also <br />heads projects for large-scale land use and <br />downtown redevelopment studies for municipalities. <br />Mary has worked with a wide array of public and <br />private sector clients. A graduate of Marquette <br />University, Mary also holds an MBA from the <br />University of Minnesota.
