The parties understand that the cost for the trail and walk includes bituminous and concrete surfacing, aggregate base, sub-drains if required, soil correction, excavation, borrow material (granular and topsoil), and turf establishment. UTILITIES: The parties agree that the Exhibit "A" Layout does include specific proposed utility locations.
