Traffic noise at this location could exceed noise standards established by the <br />U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Pevelopment and the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency. <br />Anoka County policy regarding new developments adjacent to existing county highways prohibits the <br />expenditure of highway funds. for noise mitigatioIl measures. The City and/or the Developer should <br />assess the noise situation and take any action deemed necessary to minimize associated impacts at this <br />site from any traffic noise: <br /> <br />Access permits and a permit for work within the county right-of-way are required and must be <br />obtained prior to the commencement of any construction (Permit for Work Within County <br />. r/w=$llO.OO; access permilS=$150.00 ea.).
