~ 154.051 CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT. (A) Application for a conditional use permit to establish, construct and maintain a mobile home park under the provisions of this chapter shall be made to the CityC6uncil. - (B) The application for a permit shall be accompanied by 4 copies of the mobile home park plan showing the following, either existing or proposed: (I) The extent and area proposed for mobile home park purposes; (2) Roads and driveways; (3) Location of sites or units for mobile homes; (4) Location and number of sanitary conveniences; (5) Proposed disposition of surface drainage; (6) Proposed street surfacing and lighting; (7) Off-street parking; -- .~-- --..-" .__.-~. --- .~-_.._-- --- ---.-. ---- --- -- ..~- ---~-~. ----- ------ -~._..._--._--_._---_._..- --_." --- --~. ---- ----._-- (8) Patios; (9) Location of community building; (10) Location of recreation facilities; (11) Location of sidewalks; (12) Location of setback lines; (13) Location of screening, planting, green areas and the like; (14) Any other information requested by the city; and (15) Location of utility lines. (C) Each application for a conditional use permit shall be accompanied by a list of the names and addresses of all persons owning property within 350 feet of any boundary line of the proposed mobile home park site. (D) Each applicant shall be required to pay a fee as determined by City Council resolution at the time that the application is filed with the city. Fees shall be on file with the Clerk/Administrator. This money shall be used for the city to defray the expense of processing the application. (E) No conditional use permit for any mobile home park shall be issued by the City Council until after a public hearing has been held on the matter in accordance with the procedures for a conditional use contained in this chapter.
