Sales made by the sheriff or other public officials in the discharge of their <br />official duties. <br /> <br />Subd. 10. Sales made by assignees or receivers appointed in the state to make sales <br />for the benefit of creditors. <br /> <br />Subd. 11. Any bank regulated by the State of Minnesota, the comptroller of the <br />currency of the United States, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, the board of <br />20vernors of the Federal Reserve System or any other federal or state authority and their <br />affiliates; any bank or savings association whose deposits or accounts are eligible for <br />insurance by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, or any successor to it, and all <br />affiliates of those banks and savings associations: any state or federally chartered credit <br />union; and any industrial loan and thrift company or regulated lender subject to licensing <br />and regulation by the department of commerce. <br /> <br />30604 <br /> <br />License Fee. <br /> <br />Subd. ]. Pawnbroker. The annual fee for such license shall be establish, by <br />resolution, annual license fee shall be paid prior to issuance of license. <br /> <br />Subd. 2. Secondhand Goods Dealer. No person shaH exercise, carry-on, or be engaged in the trade or <br />bL:siness of pawnbroker, precious metal dealer or Class A or Class B secondhand goods dealer <br />within the City unless such person is currently licensed as provided in this chapter, <br /> <br />Subd. 1. Contents. A license applicant must complete an application form provided <br />by the City. The application must be in a form and request information of the applicant <br />as determined by the City Council. In addition to any information which may be required <br />by the City Council, the application shaH contain the following information: <br /> <br />a. The name, permanent address and telephone number of the <br />applicant and of aH persons who will be acting on behalf of the <br />applicant in the City. <br /> <br />^ <br />" <br />
