Snowmobile Ordinance <br /> <br />Chair Hanson and the Commission discussed how the meeting should run to ensure a <br />smooth and orderly public hearing. <br /> <br />Commissioner Wood left the meeting at 8:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The Commission indicated an interest in timing any potential banning of snowmobiles <br />with the expansion ofCSAH 14. <br /> <br />Motion bv Commissioner Hamal. seconded bv Commissioner Wri!!:ht to set a nublic <br />hearin~ for the Sentember meetin!!: to discuss the possible ban on snowmobiles <br />within the City. AIl in favor. Motion carried unlUlimouslv. <br /> <br />2. Review of Ordinances <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson indi<;ated there is no district where adult uses are allowed as <br />permitted or conditional use in the adult use ordinance. He then said that if it is not listed <br />as permitted then it is not permitted so it is prohibited and the City could be sued over <br />that. <br /> <br />Staff will make a recommendation for consideration. <br /> <br />3. Rental Unit Inspections & Modification of Ordinance <br /> <br />Staff and the Commission reviewed the proposed modifications to the Ordinance. <br /> <br />Motion bv Commissioner Pan!!:ell. seconded bv Commissioner K1ennert Hunt to <br />recommend annroval of this Ordinance with the noted chan!!:es. All in favor. <br />Motion carried unanimonslv. <br /> <br />V. NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. Site Plan Review 2005 Gateway Circle <br /> <br />Robert from Chicilo Homes appeared before the Commission and reviewed his proposal. <br /> <br />Commissioner Klennert Hunt asked what types of uses they anticipate for the building. <br /> <br />Robert indicated it is an office and warehouse facility for his builder business. He then <br />said that he is working with Rice Creek and City Staff on a landscaping plan that would <br />be acceptable. <br /> <br />Page 2 of 6 <br />
