<br />Plamring & Zoning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />June 7, 2005 <br /> <br />Motion bv Chair Hanson. seconded bv Commissioner Panl!:ell to send the Shoreland <br />Ordinance to the DNR for review and annrovaL All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimouslv. <br /> <br />3. Ordinance #6. 6A #7 & #9 <br /> <br />Chair Hanson indicated that these Ordinances should be combined into a nuisance <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />4. Ordinance #14 <br /> <br />Tabled. <br /> <br />5. Ordinance #16 <br /> <br />Tabled. <br /> <br />6. Ordinance #22A - Office of Clerk! Administrator <br /> <br />Tabled. <br /> <br />7. Ordinance #23 - 39 <br /> <br />Staff will verify the Council salaries in #23. Ordinance #24 was amended to include <br />guardian rather than owner. <br /> <br />Chair Hanson asked that property of others and public be removed from Subdivision 4 so <br />that immediate clean up of others property is required. <br /> <br />Commissioner Klennert Hunt suggested adding the mobile home Ordinance information <br />to the Zoning Ordinance. <br /> <br />The Commission did not find any reconunended changes to Ordinance #25. <br /> <br />Chair Hanson indicated that a previous Conunission had discussed requiring 15,000 <br />square foot lots. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson indicated that it is not likely that the City would get a mobile <br />home park. He then suggested creating in the zoning ordinance a mobile home park <br />district to state that they can only be located in a mobile home park. He also indicated <br />that he would check the state regulations. <br /> <br />Ordinance #26 <br /> <br />Chair Hanson suggested combining this into the nuisance ordinance. <br /> <br />Page 3 of6 <br />
