<br />Planning & Zoning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />June 7, 2005 <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson indicated that usually the nuisance ordinance is not for <br />vehicular issues but Staff will look into other vehicular ordinances. <br /> <br />The Commission asked that #26 be fit into Ordinance #16 with use of highways. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson indicated he would be looking to see if the City can <br />standardize ordinances for ease of enforcement with the Police Department. <br /> <br />Ordinance #27 <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson indicated that during codification there will be some <br />adjustments for clarity. <br /> <br />Ordinance #29 <br /> <br />The Commission found no needed changes with this Ordinance. <br /> <br />Ordinance #31 <br /> <br />The Commission agreed that this Ordinance should be repealed as it is not necessary and <br />should be referred to Council for repealing. <br /> <br />Motion bv Commission K1ennert Hunt. seconded bv Commissioner Wood to <br />recommend Council consideration of reoeaIin2 Ordinance #31. All in favor. <br />Motion carried unanimouslv. <br /> <br />Ordinance #32 <br /> <br />Commissioner Klennert Hunt indicated that this ordinance seems like it should be part of <br />a different Ordinance. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson indicated when the new Code is adopted there will be a <br />general offenses chapter. <br /> <br />Ordinance #33A <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson indicated that this ordinance would probably have to stay in <br />effect within the Code regarding regulations of flood plains. <br /> <br />Ordinance #34 <br /> <br />Commissioner Klennert Hunt asked if this would be part of Dutch Elm Disease <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson indicated it would be but the Dutch Elm Disease ordinance did <br />not regulate storage of firewood. <br /> <br />Page 4 of6 <br />
