<br />Minnesota Statutes 2004, 340A.414 <br /> <br />Subd. 4. Permi t expiration. All permits issued under <br />this section expire on March 31 of each year. <br /> <br />Subd. 5. Local consent required. A permit issued <br />under this section is not effective until approved by the <br />governing body of the city or county where the establishment is <br />located. <br /> <br />Subd. 6. <br />a permit under <br />city or county <br />additional fee <br /> <br />Permit fees. The annual fee for issuance of <br />this section is $150. The governing body of a <br />where the establishment is located may impose an <br />of not more than $300. <br /> <br />Subd. 7. Inspection. An establishment holding a <br />permit under this section is open for inspection by the <br />commissioner and the commissioner's representative and by peace <br />officers, who may enter and inspect during reasonable hours. <br />In~oxicating- liquor sold, served, or displayed in violation of <br />law may be seized and may be disposed of under section 297G.20. <br /> <br />Subd. 8. Lockers. A club issued a permit under this <br />section may allow members to bring and keep a personal supply of <br />intoxicating liquor in lockers on the club's premises. All <br />bottles kept on the premises must have attached to it a label <br />signed by the member. No person under 21 years of age may keep <br />a supply of intoxicating liquor on club premises. <br /> <br />Subd. 9. One-day city permits. A city may issue a <br />one-day permit for the consumption and display of intoxicating <br />liquor under this section to a nonprofit organization in <br />conjunction wit,h a social activity in the city sponsored by the <br />organization. The permit must be approved by the commissioner <br />and is valid only for the day indicated on the permit. The fee <br />for the permit may not exceed $25.
