Arterial Street or Highway: Streets providing for traffic movements <br />between traffic generation areas. <br /> <br />B. Collector Streets: Streets provided connection primarily between <br />arterial streets or arterial and local streets. <br /> <br />C. Local Streets: Streets serving primarily as access to abutting properties <br />and not intended as major streets or highways caring through traffic. <br /> <br />STREET WIDTH: The shortest distance between lines of lots delineating the <br />street. <br /> <br />SUBDIVIDER: Any person who undertakes the subdivision ofland as defined <br />herein.
