The said meeting will take place on <br />Tuesday, January 4,2000 at 6:45 p.m. or as soon as possible thereafter. The purpose of the hearing will be <br />to hear all persons present regarding the possibility of rezoning of Parcel Identification No. <br />23.31.22.12.0002 described as follows: <br /> <br />The South 419 feet ofthe West 208 feet ofthe East 24 rods ofthe Northwest Quarter of the <br />Northeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County, Minnesota (except the <br />East 30 feet) (except the West 30 feet) and (except the North 2] 9 feet thereof) (except part taken for <br />highway by Anoka County) <br /> <br />Containing 1.0 acres, more or less. Also subject to other easements of record, if any. <br /> <br />The request is to rezone the property from R2, Single Family Residential to B I, CommerciaL At the said <br />time and place, the City will give all parties present an opportunity to express their views with respect to the <br />proposed request to rezone the property. Written comments will be accepted at City Hall until Tuesday, <br />December 7, at 4:00 p.m. City Hall is ADA accessible. Request for hearing assistance devices or a sign <br />language interpreter must be received before November 24, 1999.
