Such hearing will be held at the City Hal!, 1880 <br />Main Street, on Wednesday, November 13,1996 at 6:00 P.M. or soon there after. <br /> <br />In addition to the amount owed, a $25.00 administration charge will be added to the amount <br />being CiRified at the time of certification. <br /> <br />Written and/or oral objections will be considered durjng the public hearing.
