Ifunopposed, the assessment will be added <br />to your taxes at an 8% interest rate. The proposed assessment amount of$2500. can be <br />applied to your taxes and paid over a ten year period. If you, as the property owner, pay <br />the entire assessment within 30 days, and before the City certifies the assessment to Anoka <br />County, interest only accrues to the date of payment.
