CITY OF CENTERVILLE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENTS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the City council ofthe City of Centerville, Minnesota will meet on Tuesday, November 26, 1996, at 6:00 P.M. at the City Hall, 1880 Main Street, in Centerville, Minnesota to conduct a public hearing on public improvement assessment for the properties identified as: 23-31-22-14-0008 and 23-31-22-24-0037 The assessment roll is on file for public inspection at the City Clerk's Office. The total proposed assessments $7,644.91. Written comments will be considered at the meeting. No appeal may be taken as to the amount of the assessment unless a signed, written objection is filed with the City Clerk or Mayor prior to the end of the hearing. The City Council may upon such notice consider any objection to the amount of a proposed individual assessment at an adjourned meeting upon such further notice to the affected property owners as deems advisable. An owner may appeal an assessment to district court pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.081 by serving notice of the appeal upon the Mayor or Clerk of the City of Centerville within 30 days after the adoption of the assessment and filings such notice with the district court within ten days after service upon the Mayor or City Clerk.
