The assessment can be <br />applied to your taxes and paid over a ten year period. I am <br />enclosing a page that breaks out your assessment over the ten <br />year period. <br /> <br />An additional one-time charge will be collected at the time of <br />connection called a water availability charge. This charge is <br />currently at $~300.~ The charge is set by City Council action. <br />This charge is different from the assessment, because you are not <br />paying for the watermain in front of your property, but you are <br />paying for your share of the watertower, wells and water <br />treatment system. <br /> <br />Additional costs to you would be running your private line to the <br />watermain, and capping your well(if applicable). ~h1Pl1 r?a DG-- <br />lefl In senticG UF,d"'L ccLt!l.In'ctrcumstanees.
