The purpose of the public hearing will be to hear all persons present regarding the <br />review of a preliminary plat application for "Lakeland Hills" which as the following <br />property description: <br /> <br />Lot 12, Auditor's Subdivision Number 47 Revised, except the west 75 fr~t <br />and Lot 2, Auditor's Subdivision Number 48 Revised, except that part of said Lot 2, <br />and except that part of the south 70 feet of said Lot 12, lying easterly of the center <br />line of 4th street as plotted in the Village of Centerville, extended northerly, all in <br />Anoka County, Minnesota.
