<br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission of the City of Centerville at the City Hall, 1880 Main Street, <br />Centerville on Tuesday, January 7, 1997 at 7:00 PM. The purpose ofthe public hearing <br />will be to hear all person present regarding the possibility of rezoning property for the <br />proposed development "Lakeland Hills". Currently, the zoning is C-1 and R-3 to R-2. <br />The proposed development is for single family homes. <br /> <br />Legal description of property to be considered for rezoning is as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 12, Auditor's Subdivision Number 47 Revised, except the west 75 feet and Lot 2, <br />Auditor's Subdivision Number 48 Revised, except that part of said Lot 2, and except <br />that part of said south 70 feet of said Lot 12, lying easterly of the center line of 4th <br />street as plotted in the Village of Centerville, extended northerly, all in Anoka <br />County, Minnesota. Subject to C.S.A.H. No. 14. <br /> <br />All interested parties are encouraged to attend this public hearing.
