At the conclusion of this meeting. we agreed to formulate a letter explaining our final position on the <br />fees we have accrued to date in the design and administration of this project. It is always our intent to finish the job <br />at or under the hourly budget we set with our letter proposal at the beginning of any project. This <br />endeavor is balanced by the need to provide the high level of service you expect.
