It appears that <br />formulating the best design possible and ensuring its proper construction will take more hours that our <br />budget will allow. Therefore, we would like to inform you that we will honor our commitment to complete <br />our duties, through construction, for the price quoted to you in our initial correspondence (see attached) as <br />summarized above. <br /> <br />Moving forward, we hope our involvement with future projects can be better defined so that we may <br />provide a level of service equal to our proposed fees.
