All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Council Member Lee asked for clarification of Check Number 20921. <br /> <br />Mayor Capra explained that the check is for all the dusk to dawn lights not just for the <br />address listed. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Lakso, to approve <br />Consent Agenda Item 1 as presented. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Capra asked for clarification as to why there may not be SCORE funds available. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson explained that the funds come from a tax imposed on waste <br />haulers and, if the taxes were not there, then the funds would not be available. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Lakso, seconded by Council Member Paar, to approve <br />Consent Agenda Item 3 as presented. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />V. AWARDS/PRESENTATIONS/APPEARANCES <br /> <br />1. Mr. Greg Kieselhorst – Centerville Lion’s Request for Special Event Permit & <br />LG220 – Raffle Permit for Saturday, February 11, 2006 Fishing Contest <br /> <br />Mr. Kieselhorst appeared before Council and presented his request for an event permit for <br />the fishing contest and raffle permit for the annual Lions Ice Fishing Contest. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Lakso, to approve <br />the Lion’s request for a special event permit & LG220 raffle permit for Saturday, <br />February 11, 2006 Fishing Contest and to waive the fees.
