Mayor Capra requested a friendly amendment to waive the permit fees. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />VII. NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. Resolution #05-060 – Self-Administrate Employee Benefits Plan w/Aflac <br /> <br /> City Administrator Larson explained the employee benefits plan with Aflac to Council. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Lakso to approve <br />Resolution #05-060 as presented. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> 2. Resolution #06-001 – Appointments <br /> <br /> City Administrator Larson reviewed the Resolution and proposed changes with Council. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Paar to approve <br />Resolution #06-001 – Appointments. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />3. Resolution #06-002 – Fee Schedule <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson suggested tabling this Resolution to allow time for the <br />codification to be completed. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Lakso, seconded by Council Member Paar, to table. All <br />in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> 4. Call for Public Hearing – Chesnut Request for Easement Vacation <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson explained that Council approved a lot combination for the <br />resident making this request but did not do a vacation easement. The home was built <br />straddling the former lot line and there is an easement running through it creating a title <br />problem. He then asked Council to set a public hearing for January 11, 2006 to consider <br />the easement vacation request. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Lakso, to schedule a <br />public hearing for January 11, 2006 to consider the easement vacation.
