<br />~ <br /> <br />a. IMPOUND FEE: An administration charge of$55.00 per animal for <br />the first day of impound. <br />b. BOARDING FEE: $13.00 per day, per animal, for each day after <br />the first day of impound. <br />c. QUARANTINE FEE: In addition to the regular boarding fee, $4.00 <br />per day, per animal, for all animals which must be quarantined. <br />d. VETERINARY SERVICE: $40.00 per hour (maximum of $200.00 <br />on any injury charged to the city). <br />e. FLEA DIP: $15.00 per animal. <br />f. EUTHANASIA AND DISPOSAL FEE: <br />0- 30 lbs. $11.00 <br />31 - 60 lbs. $15.00 <br />611bs. and over $19.00 <br />g. VACCINATION FEE: None (no vaccinations given). <br /> <br />2. The Municipality will not be charged those costs recovered from pet owners. <br />3. Charges for services shall be paid montWy or within thirty (30) days after <br />submission of the monthly claims by Otter Lake to the Municipality. A copy of <br />the impound sheet(s) shall accompany the monthly claims <br /> <br />N. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS <br /> <br />In providing all services pursuant to this contract, Otter Lake shall abide by all statutes, <br />ordinance rules and regulations pertaining to or regulating the provision of such services, <br />including those now in effect and hereinafter adopted. Otter Lake shall comply with all <br />requirements of Minnesota State Statute 346.37 and shall indemnify and defend the City <br />against any claimed violation of that statute, or any other statute, ordinance, rule or <br />regulation pertaining to the services provided by Otter Lake. <br /> <br />V. AUDIT DISCLOSURE AND RETENTION OF RECORDS <br /> <br />Otter Lake agrees to make available to duly authorized representative(s) of the <br />Municipality and either the legislative auditor or the State Auditor for the purpose of <br />audit examination pursuant to Minnesota State Statute 16B.06, any books, documents, <br />papers and records of Otter Lake that are pertinent to Otter Lake's provision of services <br />hereunder. Otter Lake further agrees to maintain all such required records for three (3) <br />years after receipt of final payment and the closing ofall other related matters. <br /> <br />VI. INSURANCE <br /> <br />Otter Lake shall purchase, maintain in full force and effect during the term of this <br />contract the following insurance coverage: <br /> <br />1. WORKER'S COMPENSATION: Coverage at statutory limits as provided by <br />the State of Minnesota. <br /> <br />~J/j <br />
