COMPREHENSIVE GENERAL LIABllJTY: Coverage shall have <br />minimum limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence, combined single limit for <br />bodily injury liability and property damage liability. . <br />3. BUSINESS AUTO LIABILITY: Coverage shall have minimum limits of <br />$500,000 per occurrence, combined single limit of bodily injury liability and <br />property damage liability. This shall include owned vehicles hired and non- <br />owned vehicles and employee non-ownership. <br /> <br />VII, EARLY TERMINATION <br /> <br />This contract may be terminated by either party, with or without cause, upon thirty (30) <br />days written notice, delivered by certified mail or in person, to the other party. <br /> <br />VIII. MODIFICATIONS <br /> <br />Any material alteration, modifications or variations of any terms of the contract shall be <br />valid and enforceable only when they have been reduced to writing as an amendment(s) <br />and signed by the parties. <br /> <br />IX. ENTIRE AGREEMENT <br /> <br />It is understood and agreed by the parties that the entire agreement of the parties is <br />contained herein and that the contract superseded all oral agreements and negotiations <br />between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof as well as any previous <br />agreements presently in effect between Otter Lake and Municipality.
