<br />Citizen of the Year: <br />Wcryne LeBlanc <br />1677 Peltier Lake Dr. <br />Centerville, MN 55038 <br />651-426-0168 <br /> <br />Wayne LeBlanc has committed hundreds of hours this past year dedicated to <br />the advancement of trails system within our community. Wayne is currently <br />serving as a member of the city park and recreation committee. Wayne not <br />only serves the city through our park and rec committee but he attends many <br />meeting regarding parks and trail through the county and surrounding <br />communities. <br /> <br />Wayne has also worked with the D&R as the Peltier Lake Association <br />member to help eradicate Asian Milphoil (sp) in Lake Peltier. <br /> <br />I have not seen any resident in the city more dedicated to trails in the ten <br />years that I have lived here. I believe Wayne deserves this award for his <br />going above and beyond in keeping Centerville's trail system alive and <br />moving forward. <br />
