<br />. <br /> <br />Presenting of awards: <br /> <br />We would like to see the awards presented during a city council <br />meeting with addition recognition given at the City Volunteer <br />Recognition Day in April and during the city celebration Fete <br />Des Lacs. We feel this would tie in with the celebration of our <br />heritage and like in our community. <br /> <br />Displaying of the award: <br /> <br />After trying several different ideas in how to display the photos <br />and the copy. It is felt the best way to display is to separated the <br />photos and the stories. This we feel will make it easier to read <br />the copy and we would be able to provide a larger picture for <br />the wall. The photo's 8" x 10" matted in 11" x 14" frames with <br />a gold name plate under the photo would be hung in the council <br />room up around the top of the wall. <br /> <br />The copies and additional photo's if any would be put in the <br />City of Centerville Lifetime Achievement Award Honorees <br />album. This album we would like to keep in the council room <br />on a table or shelf. <br />
