Wayne Leblanc will be trying to keep committees updated. <br />2. Provide the Comprehensive Plan on the Centerville website, if possible. <br />3. Letter drafted summarizing the Design Team visit. <br />4. Wayne Leblanc will work on a presentation for Anoka County in reference to <br />Highway 14 and trials. <br />5. February 9th and April 13th, there will be a meeting at City Hall to discuss Park/Trails <br />and Lakes. <br />6. City to give and overview of the Comprehensive Plan at the January 12th, 1999 <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Randy Hagerty suggested that each person tell five neighbors when the next meeting is, <br />to keep communication open. Mary Capra stated that we could also publish the meetings <br />in the community section of the Quad Community Press. <br /> <br />Based on areas of interest, all groups gathered until approximately 9:05 p.m. Those <br />present left after their task group, and concluded their discussion. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br />Approval of October Minutes <br />Motion by Mary Capra to approve October minutes. John Magill seconded the motion. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. Vote on "Citizen of the Year Award": <br /> <br />Although Mary Capra was the recommended for the "Citizen of the Year Award," the <br />Economic Development Committee discussed the voting procedure. Much discussion <br />was held on the issue, because EDC members are very active with the community during <br />the year, and therefore get nominated. It was decided unanimously to take the issue to <br />the City Council. <br /> <br />2. Vote on "Business Person of the Year Award" <br /> <br />Father Richard Wolter was recommended to City Council for "Business Person of the <br />Year Award". <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. Vacancy and Timeframe: <br />Include in December agenda. <br />
