Provide the Comprehensive Plan on the Centerville website, if possible. 3. Letter drafted summarizing the Design Team visit. 4. Wayne Leblanc will work on a presentation for Anoka County in reference to Highway 14 and trials. 5. February 9th and April 13th, there will be a meeting at City Hall to discuss Park/Trails and Lakes. 6. City to give and overview of the Comprehensive Plan at the January 12th, 1999 meeting. Randy Hagerty suggested that each person tell five neighbors when the next meeting is, to keep communication open. Mary Capra stated that we could also publish the meetings in the community section of the Quad Community Press. Based on areas of interest, all groups gathered until approximately 9:05 p.m. Those present left after their task group, and concluded their discussion. REGULAR MEETING MINUTES Approval of October Minutes Motion by Mary Capra to approve October minutes. John Magill seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. OLD BUSINESS 1. Vote on "Citizen of the Year Award": Although Mary Capra was the recommended for the "Citizen of the Year Award," the Economic Development Committee discussed the voting procedure. Much discussion was held on the issue, because EDC members are very active with the community during the year, and therefore get nominated. It was decided unanimously to take the issue to the City Council. 2. Vote on "Business Person of the Year Award" Father Richard Wolter was recommended to City Council for "Business Person of the Year Award". NEW BUSINESS 1. Vacancy and Timeframe: Include in December agenda.
