Rick Carlson - Park View Sketch Consideration <br />Mr. Carlson will be present to discuss two proposed sketch plans for the Park View <br />development (TourviUe Property). Enclosed find two proposed sketch plans. <br />The Park and Recreation Committee favor a trailway from Park View development <br />to the Eagle Pass Park. <br /> <br />VII. DISCUSSION ITEMS <br /> <br />A. Shoreland Ordinance Review - I have included a copy of serval different <br />shoreland ordinances from surrounding and comparable sized communities. The <br />City Council plans to address some shoreland issues and then submit their <br />recommendations to the Commission. <br /> <br />Jim will be present at the meeting to address following items' B, C, and D. <br /> <br />B. A letter to tbe Minnesota Design Team <br />C. Amendments to Ordinance #45 <br />D. Comments on a proposed Chiropractic Facility <br /> <br />E. February Agenda Items <br /> <br />VIII.
