This arellls part of the Eagle <br />Pass plat, through an outlot area. A meeting should be scheduled with the developer of the <br />Eagle Pass plat to dlsculS coordination of this proposed road connection. <br />· We recommend a watermain loop project be completed with this development that would <br />inClude looping the wMermain north along Centerville Road to the hydrant at the northwest <br />comer ot the Senior Housing property. A loop connection from the Park TelTllce cul-de-sac <br />to CentervOIe Road would also be desirable due to the length 01 the cul-de-sac and the <br />number 01 lots along Park Terrace. In addition, tne City may consider extending a trunk <br />walen"_in to Center street for a Mure extension east along Center Street. <br />· Other issUQ that should be dlsoulSeCl InclUde potential sidewlIlk and trail routes, the <br />requiPid street section, and issues concerning drain tile. <br /> <br />If the City ohooses to ..seas some of the cost for the walermaln looping to reeldents outside of <br />the plat bounclary, we would need to pub6c1y bid that portion 01 the project and begin the 429 <br />assessment proceu. <br /> <br />We will be, in attendance at the February 3" Planning an<l Zoning Commission meeting to <br />discuss this plat and anawer any quations you may have.
