As usual, I appreciate the <br />opportunity to answer your questions or research items 429-3232. <br /> <br />PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING AGENDA TUESDAY, MARCH 2, <br />1999 - 7:00 PM <br />** *** **** * ****** ** * ** ***6:00 p.m. WORKSHOP * * ** ******* * * ** * ****** <br /> <br />A workshop has been scheduled with Dean Johnson from Resource Strategies to discuss the <br />content of Ordinance #4, which you should have received in the mail. The posted <br />workshop notice indicates that the workshop includes the Council, this was included in the <br />case three or more Council members attend the workshop. <br /> <br />I. OPENING <br /> <br />A. Roll Call <br /> <br />n. PUBLIC HEARING (8) <br /> <br />A. Variance Request - Hanson (3 foot encroachment for house addition) <br /> <br />Mr. & Ms. Hanson requested a variance for a 3 foot encroachment to <br />complete a house addition. I have enclosed the variance criteria as outlined <br />in ordinance #4. <br /> <br />B. Variance Request - Vesel (Accessory Building) <br /> <br />Mr. Vesel of Arcade Asphalt requested a variance to place a structure within <br />the right-of-way. Another variance is required, pending the Commissions <br />direction. The wall material does not match the primary structure material. <br /> <br />C. Variance Request - Wolf (Accessory Building) <br /> <br />Mr. Wolf was in attendance during the February meeting. He requested <br />the Commissions direction regarding constructing an accessory building <br />on a corner lot. Moreover, the size of the structure will need to be <br />
