Subdivision Sketch Plan - Mr. Gerald Rehbein <br /> <br />Mr. Rehbein submitted a subdivision sketch plan for the property located <br />north of 73rd Street and east of the Woods of Clearwater Creek <br />Development. If approved, Mr. Rehbein will present a preliminary plat <br />at the April planning meeting. <br /> <br />B. Consider audio/video taping meetings <br /> <br />As you may be aware, the Council has requested the Planning Commission <br />approve either audio or video taping meetings. This action is in hopes to <br />have a tape backup to retrieve clarity on issues discussed at the meeting. <br /> <br />C. Land Use Planning Workshop <br /> <br />Last year three members attended the Land Use Planning Workshop and <br />the information provided was useful.
