Mr. Nyberg stated the City <br />can put anything in the Developers Agreement including specification regarding the <br />drainage. <br /> <br />Mr. Dan Saxton (1949 73rd Street) stated that the drainage is not a concern and in June, <br />July and August there is no standing water on his property. <br /> <br />Mr. Jim Jacobson stressed the people do not want to shut down the development but the <br />neighbors do not want increased drainage. <br /> <br />Ms Broussard Vickers moved to recommend approval of the Preliminaty Plat based on <br />the following contingencies' ] City Engineer approval, 2 City Im,pectors approval 3 <br />Specific attention to complete development drainage and runoff to the south properties <br />4 As built surv!ly to be completed prior to certificate of occupanGY 5 Road length and <br />6 Cul-de-sacs Mr LaMotte seconded the motion Motion carried unanimously <br /> <br />Action on Variance to Reconstruct a Shed <br /> <br />Ms Broussard Vickers moved to table the variance request until the Planning Commission <br />receives more information from the St Paul Water Utility regarding ownership of the <br />pro.perty and to consider the new shoreland ordinance Mr LaMotte seconcl..cl the <br />motion Motion carried unanimously <br /> <br />DIscnSSlON ITEMS <br /> <br />Ordinance #4 - Outbuildings - Saxton <br />The Commission discussed Ordinance #4 - Outbuildings, and requested Staff submit <br />suggestions to be considered at the next meeting. <br /> <br />Amended Ordinance #5 Discharge of Firearms - Tabled <br /> <br />September Agenda Items <br />1. Special Use Permit <br /> <br />Vehicle Speed on 20th Avenue <br />Mr. Tom Howgin (1994 73rd Street) requested the Commission consider lowering the <br />speed limit on 20th Avenue.
