<br />Ms. Kathy Welk suggested the Commission make plans as to how many green houses and <br />additional buildings will be approved and when the structures will be removed. <br /> <br />Ms. Linda Broussard Vickers of6756 Centerville Road questioned if the zoning complied <br />with the request. Mr. March stated that the zoning issues were raised and usage was <br />approved in the district. <br /> <br />Mr. Buckbee requested more information on the ADA, to have more of a definitive site <br />plan and add a specific date that the mobile building will be removed. Mr. LaMotte <br />requested more information on restroom facilities. Mr. Buckbee questioned sewer and <br />water hook-up and/or satellite facilities. Mr. paIzer commented utilities are already on the <br />property . <br /> <br />Brian Hanson suggested bringing this issue back next month for closure to prevent <br />problems in the future - i.e.: stipulations, timelines, etc. <br /> <br />Mr Buckbee motioned to recommend that the direct concerns be explained by Mr Goetz <br />at the next meeting Also, stipulate tbat the trailer be removed within a specific timeline, <br />determine ADA approved issues with facilities, limit to one green house, start <br />construction by a specific date and provide additional information for drainllge plans <br />Seconded by Brian Hanson Buckbee Hanson Welk and LaMotte - aye Broussard <br />Vickers - abstained <br /> <br />Dischar:se of Firearms <br />Officer Scott Parks of Circle PineslLexington Police Department spoke of his personal <br />experience with 9 mm handguns. He stated hunters are hunting ducks in the bay near <br />Waterworks Beach Club. He also reviewed the ordinance of Circle PineslLexington <br />Police. In the City of Minneapolis - all firearms must be kept in the trunk, in box identified <br />gun with the ammunition kept in another area. He suggested eliminating single projectile - <br />thus equipping the enforcing officers to remove abused firearms. He stated sling shots and <br />B.B. guns are problematic. <br /> <br />Tom WiIharber mentioned that Chief Heckman suggested a Uniform Firearm ordinance. <br />Ry-Chel Gaustad mentioned the City received one complaint ofa shot "dead" duck along <br />Peltier Lake Drive. <br /> <br />Special Use Permit - Gerald Rehbein <br /> <br />Motion by Linda Broussard Vickers for council to l\Pprove the Kindergarten facility <br />special use permit contingent upon the plans meeting with all governmental agency's and <br />staff approval Seconded by Buckbee All in favor <br /> <br />Special Use Permit - I.lQyd Drilling <br /> <br />4 <br />
