<br />permissible in the floodplain. <br /> <br />Mr. Nyberg explained the earlier approved $850 was designated for work performed to date. <br />Continuing work would include contacting FEMA and requesting an LOMR (Letter of Map <br />Revision) and working with other agencies. <br /> <br />The Council requested a quotation from Mr. Nyberg to continue in his effort to remove the Lake <br />Area Utilities from the floodway. Mr. March suggested in the interim the Council explore other <br />possible properties for public works. The Council noted that the removal of the property from the <br />floodway will benefit the property owner and the City. <br /> <br />CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br /> <br />January 13 1999 Council Meeting Minutes <br />Motion by Ms. Brenner and seconded by Mr. Sweeney to approve the January 13, 1999 <br />Council meeting minutes as noted. Officer Jensen stated he will <br />reiterate the concerns to the officers, but he wasn't aware of officers redirecting snowmobile <br />traffic. <br /> <br />PAYMENT OF CLAIMS <br /> <br />Centennial Fire District <br />Motion by Ms. Brenner and seconded by Mr. Sweeney to approve the Centennial Fire <br />District's payment of claims. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />The Citv ofCenterville - January 14 - 27 <br />Motion by Mr. Sweeney and seconded by Mr. Travis to approve the City of Centerville's <br />receipts and disbursements.
