City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />September 23, 2009 <br />Announcements/Updates, added Item 3, Councilmember Tom Lee Letter of Resignation. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Fehrenbacher to <br />approve the agenda as amended. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />IV. APPROVAL OF COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> <br /> <br />1.September 9, 2009 Council Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Broussard-Vickers <br />to approve the September 9, 2009 Council Meeting Minutes as presented. All in <br />favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />V. CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br /> <br />1.City of Centerville September 23, 2009 through September 4, 2009 Claims <br />(Check #24761-24791) & (Check #24792-24804) <br /> <br />2.Centennial Lakes Police Department Claims through September 10, 2009 (Check <br />#7429-7453) <br /> <br />3.Centennial Fire District Claims through September 8, 2009 (Check #3923-3934) <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Paar to approve the <br />Consent Agenda as presented. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />VI. AWARDS/PRESENTATIONS/APPEARANCES <br /> <br /> 1. Sergeant Aldridge Updates <br /> <br />Sergeant Aldridge appeared to give updates to the City Council. Mayor Capra thanked <br />Sgt. Aldridge for the Police Department update. <br /> <br />2. Mr. George Eilertson, Northland Securities – Bond Results <br /> <br />George Eilertson, Northland Securities, reviewed background information including the <br />sale results and refinancing of the 2006 bonds. He explained there were four bids <br />received with the lowest bid being awarded to Wells Fargo. He reviewed the call date, <br />average interest rates, total net, savings summary and new bond schedule. <br /> <br />VII. OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br /> None. <br /> <br />VIII.
