STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> Res. #09 -039 <br /> A resolution approving agreement with Minnesota Department of Transportation for <br /> shared road salt supplies. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Centerville desires to purchase road salt through the State of <br /> Minnesota, Cooperative Purchasing Program, and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Centerville does not have adequate facilities for storage of road <br /> salt, and <br /> WHEREAS, Minnesota Department of Transportation permits use of its salt storage <br /> facilities by local units of government, and <br /> WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation has presented the City <br /> with "Mn/DOT Agreement Number 95753, an Agreement Between the City of <br /> Centerville and Minnesota Department of Transportation For Shared Salt Supplies <br /> (Attached hereto as Exhibit A). <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> The Council hereby approves MNDOT Agreement Number 95753, and authorizes its <br /> administrator and public works director to execute the agreement and perform other steps <br /> as necessary to implement the agreement. <br /> Adopted by the City Council this fatday of December, 2009. <br /> L in ( / 1 <br /> Mary Caprlayor u <br /> litest:— - "Vg.‘, <br /> Teresa Bender, C erk <br />
