NEMO <br /> DATE : March 6, 1997 <br /> TO Honorable Mayor and Council <br /> FROM : Jim March <br /> RE Dean Johnson's Attached Letter <br /> Attached is a status letter on the comprehensive plan budget. <br /> Everyone received this letter previously and I believe that we <br /> should send an official response. <br /> My recommendation is to send a letter to Dean Johnson <br /> acknowledging receipt of his letter dated February 17, <br /> acknowledging that there was work performed outside of the <br /> original scope of the project and requesting that Dean submit an <br /> invoice that he feels would fairly represent his position in <br /> regards to the billing situation. <br />
