For determining the cost associated with <br /> Option 1, we assumed the watermain will be constructed between Lots 3 and 4, Block 2 <br /> of Lakeland Hills, cross over the north portion of Lot 4, cross the creek and continue <br /> between Lots 19 and 20, Block 1 of L'allier Estates. We have attached a sketch showing <br /> this proposed alignment. The watermain would then connect to the existing watermain <br /> on Clear Ridge. <br /> In order to construct the watermain for this option, a permanent easement between Lots <br /> 19 and 20, Block 1 of L'allier Estates would need to be acquired. The utility easement <br /> in the Lakeland Hills development will be provided by the developer as part of the final <br /> platting process. <br /> The estimated costs for this option are shown below: <br /> Construction Estimate $30,200.00 <br /> Easement 8,000.00 <br /> Total Estimate $38,200.00 <br /> Option 2 - South Creek Crossing <br /> Option 2 includes connecting the Lakeland Hills watermain to the existing 6" watermain <br /> in the L'allier Estates development to the east.
