This session would also examine <br /> and Clarify the roles of the Council as it relates to formal and infonual groups, conunittees and <br /> citizens. I am enclosing a proposed agenda along with consultant information and related costs <br /> associated with using Barbara Amey, consultant under contract to GTS. <br /> The following is an estimate of process and related costs for an initial one -day retreat for the <br /> Council: <br /> Barbara would conduct individual telephone interviews with you, the Mayor and the Council. <br /> Based in part on the results of her information gathering, the agenda for the session would be <br /> designed to target issues related to roles and responsibilities; identify critical issues and concerns <br /> for the next two to four years; list. clarify and prioritize goals and develop an implementation <br /> plan. Upon completion of the one -day retreat, Barbara would prepare a written summary report. <br /> The cost for this initial session would be $1950 plus the consultant's travel expenses (mileage at <br /> $.30niie and one overnight accommodation) and a R10 /per person fee for an instrtnncnt and <br /> handout materials (sec suggested use of the •yers- Briggs Type Indicator).
