Time management for staff. <br /> G. Recognize "present value" and how it is used in long -term (Capitol Budgeting) Investment <br /> decisions. <br /> H. Assessing group goals, boundaries, conflict & decision making. <br /> I. Assessing group needs and sharing leadership accordingly. <br /> J. Address weakness in a positive, productive manner. <br /> K. Provide Council Minutes to all staff members at lease 1 week prior to the next council <br /> meeting. <br /> L. Hold staff & consultants accountable. <br /> M. Limit personal phone calls. <br /> 14. More clearly define job duties & procedures. <br /> O. Create a workable model of the CIP and Long Range Objectives. <br /> P. Aim the "City Celebration" more towards the French history and families, not a bonanza for <br /> the local bars. <br /> Q. Important to understand that the day to day business to be handles that everyone involved is <br /> looking at the big picture in regards to what is best for the City in the future. <br /> T. What should be the top three items for 1998.7 <br /> A. Establish an adequate supply & storage of water, so that business development is not <br /> hampered. <br /> B. Revamping the official controls to be consistent with the Comp plan, so we get what we want. <br /> C. <br />
