MEMO <br /> DATE : January 21, 1 999 <br /> TO : Honorable Mayor and Council <br /> FROM : Jim March <br /> RE : Proposed kindergarten center/ Special Use Permit <br /> Mr. Rehbein, Con -Spec (Builder) and Susan Fussell (Engineer) were present at the last Council <br /> meeting to display the plans for the proposed kindergarten facility to be located at 7035 20th <br /> Avenue. The developer is interested in having the actual Special Use Permit document approved <br /> so that they can proceed with ordering the steel for the building. <br /> Included in your packet is a copy of the Special Use Permit. Also included is some new <br /> correspondence from Anoka County and Mr. Rehbein's Engineer in regards to the driveway <br /> access plan for 20th Avenue. The site plans for this project were included in last meetings <br /> packet. <br /> I would recommend approving this Special Use Permit. Please contact me if you have any <br /> questions or if I can provide some other additional information. <br />
