CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> SPECIAL USE PERMIT <br /> This Special Use Permit is granted by the City of Centerville, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> this 27th day of January, 1999. <br /> WHEREAS, Gerald Rehbein ( "Permittee ") has applied for a Special Use Permit to <br /> construct a kindergarten center at 7035 20th Avenue within the City of Centerville, <br /> Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, such Special Use Permit is required by Zoning Ordinance #4, Commercial <br /> District; and <br /> WHEREAS, after review the City Council has approved the granting of such Special Use <br /> Permit subject to the following conditions. <br /> NOW. THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY AGREED as follows: <br /> 1. That Gerald Rehbein, shall be granted a Special Use Permit to construct a <br /> building to be leased as a kindergarten center at 7035 20th Avenue, <br /> Centerville, Minnesota. <br /> 2. That this Special Use Permit is conditioned upon the following: <br /> _(a) Applicant obtains a Rice Creek Watershed District Permit <br /> (b) Applicant obtains an An oka Co unty Highway Access P ernil t <br /> (c) Applicant obtains all other appropriate permits The parrking <br /> Jot design, site drainage screening and grading elan will need to be <br /> approved by the Citythe City Engineer <br /> (d) Permit becomes null and void if the facility is to be used other <br /> than for a kinde arten center Any future tenant that desires to <br /> reuse the building for some otherT1pose than as a kindergarten <br /> .i • e it <br /> 3. In the event that Permittee fails to comply with any of the terms and conditions <br /> set out herein or ordinances, or rules that regulations of the State of Minnesota, <br /> County of Anoka, City of Centerville or any other governmental agency having <br /> jurisdiction over this project, the City Council shall have the right to immediately <br /> revoke the Special Use Permit.
