• CITY OF CENTERVILLE COUNTY OF ANOKA STATE OF MINNESOTA SPECIAL USE PERMIT This Special Use Permit is granted by the City of Centerville, Anoka County, Minnesota this 10th day of February, 1999. WHEREAS, Lloyd Drilling ( "Permittee ") has applied for a Special Use Permit to construct and lease an approximate 5200 square foot commercial daycare center and an approximate 7200 square foot retail center, 1845 Main Street within the City of Centerville, Minnesota; and WHEREAS, such Special Use Permit is required by Zoning Ordinance #4, Commercial District; and WHEREAS, after review the City Council has approved the granting of such Special Use Permit subject to the following conditions. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY AGREED as follows: 1.
