• <br /> CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> SPECIAL USE PERMIT <br /> This Special Use Permit is granted by the City of Centerville, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> this 10th day of February, 1999. <br /> WHEREAS, Lloyd Drilling ( "Permittee ") has applied for a Special Use Permit to <br /> construct and lease an approximate 5200 square foot commercial daycare center <br /> and an approximate 7200 square foot retail center, 1845 Main Street within the <br /> City of Centerville, Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, such Special Use Permit is required by Zoning Ordinance #4, Commercial <br /> District; and <br /> WHEREAS, after review the City Council has approved the granting of such Special Use <br /> Permit subject to the following conditions. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY AGREED as follows: <br /> 1. That Lloyd Drilling, shall be granted a Special Use Permit to construct and <br /> lease an approximate 5200 square foot commercial daycare center and an <br /> approximate 7200 square foot retail center, 1845 Main Street, Centerville, <br /> Minnesota. <br /> 2.
