MEMO <br /> DATE : February 19, 1999 <br /> TO : Honorable Mayor and Council <br /> FROM : Jim March <br /> RE : Special Use Permit - Lloyd Drilling <br /> ********************** * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * ** <br /> Included in your packet is a revised special use permit in regards to the above mentioned project. <br /> I have revised the special use permit to include the asphalt trail, lighting to be directed away from <br /> adjoining properties, fence in rear and site access as proposed (one access off of Peterson Trail, <br /> one access off of Main Street). <br /> I have spoke to Mr. Drilling in regards to the design changes being made to the front of the <br /> building. He indicated that his architect is making the noted changes to the front of the building. <br /> He thought he would have colored renditions available for display at the meeting next week.
