SECTION 4, FRANCHISE PERM <br /> THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE ORDAINS: <br /> SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 40, Article 2. Section 4, Franchise Term, is hereby <br /> amended to read: <br /> Section 4.04 Franchise Term <br /> This Franchise shall commence upon the effective date of the regular certificate of <br /> confirmation issued by the Commission Board and shall expire on * October 1, <br /> 1999 unless terminated sooner as hereinafter provided. <br /> SECTION 2.
