A copy of the ordinance is enclosed for your convenience. <br /> The specific nuisance is that there are several boat moters, peddle bikes, and car tires and not <br /> enclosed. The City requests compliance of ordinance #6 within 10 days. After the person owning <br /> the property in question has been notified of such a nuisance, you are hereby requested to comply <br /> with the ordinance. Ordinance #6 (Nuisance) requires that a nuisance must be abated as <br /> mentioned here within the enclosed ordinance. Failure to comply with the ordinance request is a <br /> violation of the provisions of this ordinance and the property owner shall be guilty of a <br /> misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof may be punished by a fine not exceeding $300.00 or by <br /> imprisonment in the County Jail for not more than 90 days. <br /> Section 4 of Ordinance #6 states this ordinance shall_ be in fiull force and effect from and after its <br /> publication date of March 14, 1990. <br /> Do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or need additional information.
