This is in violation of Ordinance #24, Section <br /> XIII. Cleanup and Section II. Confinement of Dogs (please see attachment). <br /> At this time, the City is requesting you to cleanup the fecal matter and restrain your animal. If <br /> complaints continue, it may be necessary to enforce Ordinance #24 and impose penalties provided <br /> under Section XV. Penalty. <br /> Please take actions in order to comply with this ordinance. If you have questions regarding this <br /> matter, please call me at City Hall 429 -3232.
