NOTICE AND ORDER TO REPAIR SUBSTANDARD BUILDING <br /> DATE : a <br /> ADDRESS: 7 /a/ (.bnderv, it pear <br /> LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lois 4 4G Ce brut//r. <br /> The Centerville Building Official has visually inspected the exterior of the above mentioned <br /> address. Upon inspection it has been determined that there exists a substandard building as <br /> defined under Section 202 of the Uniform Housing Code. <br /> The following conditions are present that render your building or the premises on which same is <br /> located a substandard building. <br /> 1. Section 1001.8 Faulty Weather Protection <br /> 2. Section 1001.11 Hazardous or Insanitary Premises <br /> The following actions need to be taken to correct this situation. <br /> 1, The siding on all walls of the garage needs to be installed and painted. Shingles need to be <br /> trimmed along the roof edges. Trim boards need to be painted. <br /> 2. The buckets and wood piled on the north side of the garage needs to be removed. It has been <br /> reported that rodents are being harbored in the wood piles. <br /> 3. All vehicles and trailers on the property must be in working condition and properly licensed. <br /> 4. The wood piles need to be properly stacked. Wood that has decayed to a point of being <br /> considered debris needs to be removed from the property. <br /> If the above repairs are not made within 60 days, I will order the work to be done and charge the <br /> costs thereof against the property or its owner as defined in Section 1601 of the Uniform Housing <br /> Code. Any person having any record title or legal interest in the building may appeal this notice <br /> and order to the housing advisory and appeals board.
