MEMO <br /> DATE : April 21, 2000 <br /> TO : Honorable Mayor and Council <br /> FROM : Jim March <br /> RE : Bulk Water Sales <br /> We have received a request from the contractor that will be working in the Rice Creek <br /> Chain of Lakes Regional Park to purchase bulk water from the City. The City does not <br /> have a current fee set for those wishing to purchase bulk water from a hydrant. <br /> I have spoke to Paul Palzer in regards to this issue. We are recommending that the bulk <br /> fee be placed at $20 /per load not exceeding 5000 gallons per load. Additional charges of <br /> $3/1000 gallons would be charged for loads exceeding 5000 gallons. <br />
